Apple launch rumours: iPad Pro, iPhone X with OLED display and New MacBook Pro expected in 2017

Apple is one of the most influential companies in the technology industry and consumers highly anticipate the arrival of the latest generation of its products. Possible reports about the next generation of Apple devices start as soon as the current generation device is launched, or sometimes earlier (iPhone 8 rumours in the case of Apple iPhone 7 launch.). According to a report by University Herald, the company is expected to launch a number of updated products this year.

The report details that the company is currently working on an iPad Pro with a screen size of 9.7 inches, though rumours indicate that the size can increase to 12.7-inch. The new iPad Pro is expected to launch in January along with a four-speaker setup, rear camera flash along with Smart Connector and Apple Pencil support.

One interesting thing is that according to the report, Apple will launch a new iPhone generation called the iPhone X. There are no details about the new generation with only guesses about the fact that iPhone 7s and iPhone 8 will come under this generation. Apart from the new label to the generation, other rumours like the use of OLED screen is nothing new that we are observing. Another thing to note is that reports indicate that the company is working on a new 5-inch iPhone model with vertical dual-camera system and this new offering will be offered as a ‘Medium’ offering.

Last but not the least, the company is working on revamped MacBooks and iMacs with improved graphics and Type-C connectors to compete with Microsoft. There is no official timeline of the launch or any confirmation on the details so its better if you take the rumours with a pinch of salt.
